La Bianca Pizza is your neighborhood pizzeria at 200 W 14th Street, on the West Village–Greenwich Village border. We make authentic New York-style pizza with premium ingredients, traditional technique, and the energy of a shop that stays open for the city.

Our mission is simple: bring real Italian craftsmanship to New York’s late-night slice culture. “La Bianca”—Italian for “the white one”—honors the creamy burrata and fresh mozzarella at the heart of our menu.
Every morning begins with hand-stretched dough. We build our pies with premium mozzarella, plum tomato sauce, imported Italian burrata, extra-virgin olive oil, fresh basil and bold finishing flavors. Meet the business owner
Hi, I’m Yasir—owner of La Bianca Pizza, a proud New Yorker, and a serial entrepreneur with a serious obsession for great pizza.
On a business trip to Naples, I found a tiny historic pizzeria and fell in love with its authentic slice. I brought that spirit and those time-honored methods home, then built the late-night neighborhood pizzeria I had always wanted to find in the West Village.
Pizza is my favorite food and my greatest passion. La Bianca is my personal tribute to authentic pizza—handmade dough, real Italian burrata, premium mozzarella and flavors worth staying up for.

Outside the pizzeria, I am a devoted animal lover, and my personal charitable work focuses on animal welfare and rescue. What keeps me going is watching neighbors become regulars.
